Aleksey Kolpakov is a Visiting Assistant professor at the School of Public Administration, Dorothy F. Schmidt College of Arts and Letters at the Florida Atlantic University. He holds a Master of Science degree in organizational and social psychology from London School of Economics and Political Science and a Ph.D. in public policy analysis and public administration from Indiana university. He teaches public administration, public policy and nonprofit management courses. His research has been published in academic journals such as American Review of Public Administration, Public Performance & Management Review, Public Integrity, International Journal of Public Administration, Regional Science Inquiry and Journal of Health Science..
